Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner. Our supplier's current estimate for delivery to the United States is about 14 days from order; delivery to other countries varies and may take longer. You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. For orders outside the United States, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns — 30 days

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, clean and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Please contact us before sending anything back — we'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take additional time to post it. If you return part of a Duo or Stock-Up order, the refund reflects the price actually paid for the returned items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can look into it.
